Refunds:
- All Security Deposits are refunded to your credit card upon return of rental items returned in original condition.
- We refund rental purchases if you are unable to be in Lava Hot Springs at time of reservation.
- If rental item becomes unusable under normal usage, we will refund if we cannot replace the rental item. Deposits for rental items returned with damage due to abuse or neglect will not be refunded.
Returns:
- Should a rental item not perform as it is designed for, returns are accepted. However, if a rental item is returned abused or neglected or used in a manner other than what it was designed for, return will not be accepted.
